What to Wear

Rowers should wear appropriate work-out clothing, including sneakers AND SOCKS, shorts and a t-shirt, and should consider layering for warmth (the river can get breezy). Leggings, sweatshirts, and a windbreaker can help if the weather forecast is brisk. Avoid baggy or loose-fit clothing. Keep a change of dry clothes in your car or backpack in case you get very wet.

What to Bring

Only bring to the Boathouse what you can take on the boat with you:

• 32oz plastic water bottle

• Small snack

The coaches will have dry on-land storage for phones and car keys.

Carpool Drop-Off/Pick-Up

Carpools will drop-off in Lot C (first left after passing the gate). Carpools should enter Lot C for drop off, and follow the circle to exit, as shown by the green arrow in the picture below.

Athlete Self-Drive Parking

Athletes will park in Lot D (first right after passing the gate), as shown below.
