2018-2019 Season

Welcome to a new season of Oakton Crew!

Follow these steps to register for Winter Conditioning & Spring Crew — Please note that if you participated in fall rowing, you must now register in full for the team. Forms which were previously submitted for fall rowing do not need to be submitted again, but please complete an updated team online registration form so we can track membership, and submit additional required forms as listed below.

1. Complete the online registration form.  The term "Rower" includes all teammates, including rowers and coxswains. PLEASE INCLUDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU ROUTINELY CHECK, as we will add these to our communications platforms for regular messages, team updates, schedules, and deadlines.

2. Use the Membership Forms Checklist to ensure completion of all forms; forms are listed below with links.

3. Pay the membership dues. Visit the STORE to pay by credit card or send a check with your forms.

4. If you have not already done so, sign up for The Catch, our newsletter for information & updates.

5. NEW THIS YEAR: If you will be staying after school from 3 - 4 during Winter Conditioning, you must participate in Crew Study Hall in the cafeteria - students are no longer allowed to be in the hallways without a coach or parent, due to construction. Parents must sign up for at least one chaperoning shift between November and February if your student plans to stay in the building for the interim hour. (The chaperone shift is not considered Crew service).

6. Have questions? We're happy to help. Contact membership@oaktoncrew.com.
