There are many ways to volunteer. Please see the links to the left for descriptions of all the job types. Our team is required to fill the Pre/Post Season Support at Sandy Run and Regatta Jobs on this page.
Also we need help with the Pasta Dinner Hosts/Food Prep and Beach Parents.

Please review the descriptions of the Regatta Jobs. Select any open slot available. 'DONE' indicates until you are released by the VASRA staff.
You must report at the sign-in stand a half an hour before the job starts. The sign-in stand is near the buildings across from our boathouse. Please make sure you are available for whatever job you sign up for.
Any no-shows cost the club a $50 fine each.
If you want to volunteer at the regattas as a launch driver, you must attend training (if you already had the VASRA/NCASRA training it still counts). Training consists of a few hours on a Saturday or Sunday at Sandy Run on one of Oakton's launches by our Club. No cost. Sign up will be forthcoming.
