Andy Fiebig has several years of coaching experience, most recently as the Men's JV coach at Thomas Jefferson High School. Andy was also a member of the GMU crew team.

Dane Underwood will be coaching at Oakton for his fourth year. He has rowed for GMU for the past four years, where he is a student.

We are pleased to welcome back Tom Bennett for his 6th year at Oakton - serving as an assistant coach. Tom will be helping out both the Men's and Women's crews this year.

Tom Bennett served as Head Coach of Oakton Cougar Crew for three years and moved to Assistant Coach after his son Chris graduated.

Coach Bennett first rowed at Navy in the mid-'70s and now rows with the Occoquan Boat Club. He enjoys watching the team develop boat speed over the course of the season, and is especially happy to have several former Oakton rowers and coxswains on college crews, after getting their start with Oakton Crew.

Jessica Sigalas is returning to Oakton Crew to coach the women this year. She continues to row for GMU as a rowing scholarship student, and has experience as a novice women's coach and an assistant coach.

This will be her second year with Oakton.

Dennis Becker will serve as a co-coach for the Men's team. He has coaching experience from Thomas Jefferson HS as well as summer rowing programs. Dennis has a son that will be rowing for Oakton this year.

Dan Muir will be coaching for Oakton this year. Dan rowed for Thomas Jefferson HS and rowed last year for Princeton University. Dan also coached in a fall rowing program at Thompson's Boat Club.
